Project Management Office Leader
DE Based Consulting • Remote, Romania
Key responsibilities:
- Governance & Steering • Ensure adherence to defined PMO governance framework • Maintain reporting cadence (SteerCo, leadership reporting) • Ensure risk & issue transparency • Escalate major deviations via defined DACH governance path
- Planning & Coordination • Oversee consolidated project planning and milestone tracking • Coordinate cross-stream dependencies • Ensure alignment between project streams and client stakeholders
- Performance & KPI Management • Monitor agreed KPIs and SLAs • Ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness • Identify improvement measures where performance gaps exist
- Quality Assurance • Ensure adherence to client PM methodologies • Conduct quality checks on key deliverables • Maintain documentation standards
- Stakeholder Interface • Act as primary operational PMO contact for the client • Prepare management presentations • Support DACH leadership in governance meetings
