IT Specialist

 

      Key Responsibilities

●        Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.

●        Manage and support device inventory, lifecycle, and user access across multiple platforms.

●        Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).

●        Administer IT infrastructure components, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.

●        Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures and access controls.

●        Support end-users with technical issues, system updates, and device configuration.

●        Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure and maintain IT equipment.

●        Maintain documentation for IT systems, configurations, and support procedures.

●        Participate in infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and IT improvement initiatives.

 Requirements

●        Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

●        2–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.

●        Strong understanding of Windows and macOS environments, device management tools, and networking fundamentals.

●        Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or similar enterprise systems.

●        Familiarity with virtualization, cloud platforms, and data backup solutions is a plus.

●        Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
