Account Manager – Software Solutions
Key Responsibilities
· Act as a key member of the Sales Team, collaborating closely with Technical and Operational department.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software solutions market (both public and private sectors).
· Prepare and manage offers for tenders to be sent directly to the customer or published in SEAP and other procurement platforms.
· Coordinate the full proposal process — from collecting input from all relevant stakeholders to submitting complete, compliant, and well-structured offers on time.
· Collaborate with internal teams to understand and include tailored technical and commercial solutions aligned with client needs.
· Analyze and understand client business models, processes, and needs, ensuring that proposed solutions address real operational and strategic challenges.
· Develop clear, compelling, and well-structured written proposals that present the solution in a persuasive and value-oriented way.
· Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiation areas.
· Sustain client presentations, demos, and technical discussions.
· Maintain an updated understanding of company products, technologies, and market trends.
Requirements
· Proven experience in preparation of complete commercial offers, including cooperation with the technical team in order to include the technical offer.
· Hands-on experience with offer public procurement procedures and SEAP offer submission, will be a plus
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
· Result-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve measurable outcomes.
· Use of in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.

Nice to Have
· Familiarity with public procurement legislation.
