Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close enterprise opportunities in workflow automation and AI transformation.

• Engage with business and IT leaders to identify automation and integration opportunities.

• Drive full-cycle sales including RFP management and contract negotiation.

• Build strategic partnerships within the Polish enterprise ecosystem.

• Maintain disciplined CRM and forecasting practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong enterprise focus.

• Experience selling automation, integration, or AI-driven platforms.

• Fluent Polish and English.

• Demonstrated ability to close complex transformation deals.

Core Competencies 

• Consultative and solution-oriented sales methodology.

• Strong understanding of workflow transformation and enterprise architectures.

• Ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

• Executive presence and strong stakeholder management.

• High ownership, resilience, and quota-driven mindset.

• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
